Individual Therapy

As our needs and relationships change, old patterns and coping strategies that once served to protect us can start to feel limiting. Using Internal Family Systems (also called IFS or “parts work”) and somatic approaches, we can get to know stuck patterns, care for the younger you who first learned to adapt in this way, and then develop new and more flexible ways of increasing your wellbeing in the midst of difficulty.

In therapy sessions, I strive to foster an attitude of compassion, curiosity, and mindfulness. Together, we can observe not only your internal experience, but also the context and relationships that shape your life.

My specialties include:

  • Anxiety
  • Attachment
  • Career Counseling
  • Coparenting
  • Cultural and Systemic Oppression
